ELIGIBILITY: This examination is open to anyone who meets the minimum qualifications.
A PERSON MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN AN OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR THE SAME TITLE UNTIL NINETY (90) DAYS HAS EXPIRED SINCE THE LAST EXAMINATION FOR THE TITLE.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Two (2) years of professional budgeting or accounting experience within the last five (5) years.
• General knowledge of government finance, budgeting and auditing, database and accounting computer applications systems

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of activities designed to provide budget support such as monitors court revenue and expenditures, prepares financial reports, budget requests and projections, statistical reporting and other duties as required. This title may be assigned within any of the various units within the Budget and Finance Department. Employees in this title are expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
