Treasury Webinar: Chart Chat & Review the Chart of Accounts Exposure Draft

The Michigan Department of Treasury is pleased to announce our next Chart Chat webinar on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. The Chart Chat Webinar Series provides updates to local government officials on accounting related topics, updates from the Michigan Department of Treasury, and information on sound fiscal management. Participation is valuable for any local government employee, including but not limited to clerks, treasures, elected officials, finance directors, city, township or village mangers, auditors, and accounting staff.

This Chart Chat will cover changes to the Uniform Chart of Accounts, implementation dates for the Chart of Accounts, information about yearly qualifying statement submissions, and how to monitor fiscal health using cash ratio.
